Cette p\u00e9riode, marqu\u00e9e par une profonde immersion culturelle, forge chez lui une approche humaniste et ouverte du leadership.<\/p>\n<p>Quand Delmas est rachet\u00e9e par la CMA CGM, Guillaume Lathelize plie bagage pour rejoindre le si\u00e8ge du groupe marseillais, en qu\u00eate de nouveaux d\u00e9fis. Directeur de lignes, puis vice-pr\u00e9sident du p\u00f4le commercial, il prendra en 2022 la t\u00eate d\u2019Air Cargo, la compagnie a\u00e9rienne du transporteur, qui jouera un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans l\u2019expansion du groupe.
