During a decade of expatriation across two continents, he built his expertise: in Senegal and Togo, he managed port operations and commercial agencies. Later, in Singapore, he joined Delmas, a subsidiary of the French group, where he launched and managed new container shipping lines expanding his experience in global trade and logistics. This period, marked by deep cultural immersion, shaped his open and humanistic approach to leadership.<\/p>\n<p>When Delmas was acquired by CMA CGM, Guillaume relocated to the headquarters of the Marseille-based group, eager for new challenges. After several assignments as lines director and later vice president of the commercial division, he was appointed in 2022 to lead Air Cargo, the group\u2019s aviation division, which played a key role in its expansion.
